Gigi just showed me this picture. “Wow,” I exclaimed. “That is a really excited red picture”.
“It is a fire” She stated matter of factly.
“Oh?”
“Yeah,” she paused and pointed. “That is me squirming under the flames.”
“OH!”
“See I am wiggling my arms and moving underneath all of that fire. When there is a fire you can’t save your pets you have to get out. But you could save Calvin right daddy?”
“If there was a fire I hope we could save Calvin or he could save himself.”
“Well I’m gonna go watch more Artur and draw pictures.”
(The Arthur show on PBS was apparently about fire safety today).
